Sr. Business Analyst – Healthcare IT

Location: Chennai

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in Healthcare IT. This role bridges the gap between clinical operations and technology, ensuring our digital solutions meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers and patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders including clinicians, administrators, and IT teams.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for software development teams.
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop test cases and validate system functionality.
• Conduct gap analyses and propose process improvements for healthcare operations.
• Monitor KPIs and generate reports to assess system performance and user satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards such as HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and ICD-10.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare or health tech.
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems (e.g., EMR, LIMS, PACS).
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and SQL.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
