JOB DESCRIPTION:

CareData Informatics is a healthcare technology company dedicated to revolutionizing diagnostics and patient data management. We provide innovative Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) that enable efficient, accurate, and scalable operations for diagnostic laboratories and hospitals worldwide.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused fresh graduates to join our team as Support Engineers (Non-Technical). This role involves assisting customers with product-related queries, resolving basic issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. No prior technical experience is required—just strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

Location: Chennai, India
Experience: 0 to 1 Year

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer issues or escalate to the appropriate team when required
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to process improvements

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, BA, B.Com, B.Sc, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office tools
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required)

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:

• Internship or part-time experience in customer service or support
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce
