JOB DESCRIPTION:

CareData Informatics is a healthcare technology company dedicated to revolutionizing diagnostics and patient data management. We provide innovative Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) that enable efficient, accurate, and scalable operations for diagnostic laboratories and hospitals worldwide.

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Manager / Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead technical innovation, architecture design, and enterprise-scale solution delivery in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across our technology stack and a proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures using modern design patterns
• Lead full-stack development using Angular, ASP.NET Core, C#, and Python
• Manage and optimize databases including MSSQL and PostgreSQL, along with reporting tools like SSRS
• Define and implement DevOps pipelines using Git, TFS, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Mentor development teams and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with product, QA, and infrastructure teams for seamless execution
• Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and advanced analytics
• Evaluate third-party tools and frameworks to enhance system performance and scalability

Angular (8+)

• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
• Ability to develop PoCs and evaluate AI/ML, voice tech, and cloud-native solutions
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of professional experience with at least 3+ years in leadership or architectural roles
• Experience in the healthcare domain is an added advantage
